Best Home exercise equipment?

I am a healthy 35-year search for the right home exercise equipment. If anyone knows better in terms of cost, utility and sustainability, please keep me informed. Thanks a ton. Honestly, only a set of dumbbells from Wal-Mart, which is $ 40 and u can change the weight is 50 pounds. Buy a bank, will cost about $ 40. The most expensive part is the weight, the bar is cheap. Pull the top bar is $ 11 at Wal-Mart. Once you have, go to my site, just do nothing, but take home there.I have a lot of exercises you can do at home with minimal equipment. Heres a link I love my tape: o) I have in my room in front of my TV and go for 60-90 minutes. My TiVo programs and fast forward through commercials. Got something to focus on really helps me a lot. I usually put a water bottle or a glass of ice water and keep a diary of my retirement and the date. Treadmills have various applications, from simple to more challenging with the speed and slope, or you can create your own and work at your own pace, I like to use weights of 2-4 four pounds to my upper body and arms work. If I were to buy something that I think I want an exercise bike and I were in my bedroom. Good luck in whatever you choose. Go for it, while you want to do - it will definitely make a difference. I have a push-up equipment, materials made of plywood and it is durable and no cost, and I have a weight of cement. It does not cost much. equipment supplies, try searching for it on Google or YouTube. It gives me a brilliant idea. I agree with what the first guy said and I did weights and dumb bells. I love them. But I have been following. A. A treadmill with adjustable Nordic Trak II card slot with a personal trainer who works through setting cards, and I love that I'm making progress on these two exercises. I have a yoga mat and sampling area. These things keep me in good shape and like to see the biggest loser on my DVR that is connected to my carpet! Television keeps me on the road more than anything else. I just got off the timer so you can see on the screen iFIT card pushes me and keeps me moving, and I get a great workout.
