What is the best core exercise equipment for home use?

My daughter needs something easy to use and practice. We tried the videos without good results. My dog ate the ball balance. They all seem to be absent. My daughter has strengthened its orthopedic she needs and condition core muscles, because it is a voice major back problems that have been said.
